At crickex, we believe every member deserves fair and meaningful rewards — not just big numbers in an advertisement, but promotions that genuinely add value to your gaming experience. That's why we design every offer with care, so the terms are clear, the reward rates are competitive, and the process of claiming your bonus is easy for anyone to understand.
Not all online platforms offer transparent promotions. Some hide high rollover requirements in the fine print, and some restrict the types of games that count towards the rollover. At crickex, we ensure all terms are clearly displayed before you decide to take up any offer.

Welcome Bonus is the most popular promotion at Crickex and is often the main reason new players choose this platform over competitors. A 100% match bonus means if you deposit RM200, your account will be credited with an additional RM200 as a bonus, giving you RM400 in total to play with. This is an excellent way to explore the wide variety of games available — from premium Slots to Live Casino tables — without risking your entire personal bankroll from the start.
What sets the crickex welcome bonus apart from other platforms is its reasonable wagering requirement. With a 20x rollover requirement, you are not locked into conditions that are nearly impossible to meet. For regular players, completing this requirement within 30 days is very achievable.
Weekly Cashback is the type of promotion most valued by experienced players. Unlike deposit bonuses that require additional capital, cashback is a reward based on your playing activity — you get back a portion of your net losses without needing to make any additional deposit. At Crickex, the weekly cashback rate can reach up to 10% and is credited automatically every week. For VIP members, the cashback rate can go even higher depending on membership tier.
Crickex weekly cashback requires only a 1x rollover, meaning you can withdraw the amount almost immediately once it is credited. This is one of the most player-friendly cashback terms in the industry.
Referral Program at Crickex is the best way for existing members to earn extra rewards without playing more. Every time you successfully invite a friend to register and make a qualifying deposit, you will receive a RM50 cash reward. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite, meaning the earning potential through this referral program is unlimited.
The referral process at crickex is straightforward — log in to your account, get your unique referral code, and share it with your friends. Every time a friend registers using that code and meets the set requirements, rewards are automatically credited to your account.
Crickex VIP members enjoy a range of exclusive privileges not available to regular members. These include higher cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, access to exclusive casino tables, and a personal account manager available to assist you 24/7.
While promotions and bonuses can enhance your gaming experience, crickex reminds all members to always play within their means. Set your daily deposit and loss limits through your account settings. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming ours.
Not all promotions suit every type of player. If you are a regular casino player, the weekly cashback may be more beneficial. If you are a new player, start with the welcome bonus to extend your playing time.
Each bonus has a different validity period. Make sure you monitor your bonus expiry date through the "My Account" section and plan your gaming activity to meet the rollover requirements within the set timeframe.
The more you play at crickex, the faster you advance to higher VIP tiers. Higher VIP tiers mean greater cashback rates, faster withdrawals, and access to exclusive promotions not available to regular members.
In addition to the promotions listed above, crickex also runs special promotional campaigns around major sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup, IPL (Indian Premier League), and top international cricket matches. During these special campaigns, crickex members can expect higher bonus offers, match prediction contests with cash prizes, and a variety of other exciting rewards.
We also periodically send exclusive promotional offers directly to members via email and in-app notifications. Keep your account notifications active so you never miss any time-limited offers sent directly to you. These personalised offers are often better than the general promotions available to all members.
To ensure the best gaming experience, crickex recommends that all members take time to understand the terms and conditions of each promotion before activating it. This not only helps you plan your strategy more effectively, but also ensures you are not caught off guard by any requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Trust and transparency are the foundation of our relationship with every crickex member.
