Crickex Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the crickex platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by crickex ("Services"). This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and crickex.

By accessing or using any part of the crickex Services — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other platform — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• In the event of any technical discrepancy or system error affecting the outcome of a bet, crickex reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the stake to the member's account balance.
• Odds and markets offered are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds that will be used to calculate your wins.
• For sports betting, any event that is postponed, cancelled, or terminated early will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport rules set out in the platform's rules section.
• Crickex reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time for operational or risk management reasons.

• Money Laundering: Using the crickex platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through a family member or another individual from the same IP address.
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the crickex system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to automate betting or gaming activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino or poker games.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity or falsified documents.

Crickex employs an advanced monitoring system to continuously detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of violating these terms will be investigated, and crickex reserves the right to take appropriate action including account closure without prior notice.

Crickex reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.

If you wish to close your own account, you may contact the crickex support team via live chat. Any net balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the account closure process is complete.

Members who wish to take a break from gambling activities may apply for deposit limits, betting limits, or temporary account suspension via the Responsible Gaming us.

Crickex provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuity, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

• Crickex is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, or platform unavailability due to factors beyond our control.
• Crickex is not responsible for betting or gaming decisions made by members. All bets are placed at the member's own risk.
• In the rare event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, crickex reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpaid amount.
• Crickex's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
